See 1 major point: our life is a mixture of assets and liabilities. Assets on one side and Liability on the other side. We are walking through a very narrow bridge separating the two. It’s us who should determine whether to move to asset’s side or liability side. Moving towards liability side is much easier, thanks to human nature of lazyness and greed.
